Intervention effect of five-element music therapy for patients with depression: a meta-analysis

目的采用Meta分析判断五行音乐疗法对抑郁症患者的干预效果。方法2名研究者分别用计算机检索The Cochrane Library、Web of Science核心合集、PubMed、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(CMB),检索时间为建库至2019年3月31日,纳入有关用五行音乐疗法干预抑郁症患者的随机对照试验,由2名研究者单独完成数据的提取,文献质量用Cochrane协作网推荐的偏倚风险评估方法进行评价,Meta分析采用Revman 5.3软件。结果最终有12篇文献被纳入,共1017例患者,纳入文献的质量等级均为B级。Meta分析结果显示:五行音乐疗法对抑郁症患者有显著效果[RR=1.45,95%CI(1.23,1.71),P<0.01];接受五行音乐治疗的患者抑郁程度有所改善[SMD=-0.54,95%CI(-0.89,-0.18),P<0.01];五行音乐可以帮助患者改善睡眠[SMD=-1.05,95%CI(-2.04,-0.06),P=0.04]。结论五行音乐疗法可作为一种辅助护理措施,来用于改善抑郁症患者的抑郁程度和提高睡眠质量。

Objective To determine the effect of five-element music therapy for patients with depression by a meta-analysis method.Methods Two investigators used a computer to search Chinese and English databases,including the Cochrane Library,core collection of Web of Science,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CMB.The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)involving interventions of five-element music therapy for patients with depression and published before March 31 st,2019 were included.The data was extracted and the quality of the literature was evaluated using the bias risk assessment method recommended by the Cochrane Collaboration.Meta analysis was performed using Revman 5.3 software.Results A total of 12 articles including 1017 patients were included,and the quality grades included in the literature were all grade B.Meta-analysis showed that five-element music therapy had a significant effect on patients with depression(RR=1.45,95%CI[1.23,1.71],P<0.01),five-element music therapy had relieved depression of patients(SMD=-0.54,95%CI[-0.89,-0.18],P<0.01)and improve their sleep quality(SMD=-1.05,95%CI[-2.04,-0.06],P=0.04).Conclusion The five-element music therapy can be used as an Adjuvant therapy to relieve depression and improve sleep quality of patients with depression.
