肾穿刺患者绝对卧床体验的质性研究

A qualitative study on experience of bed rest among patients undergoing renal biopsy

目的了解肾穿刺患者绝对卧床体验,为开展个体化优质护理提供指导和依据。方法选取24例肾穿刺患者进行深度访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析归纳。结果共提炼出4个主题:患者的复杂心理活动改变、基本需求、渴望人文关怀、对信息的需求。结论肾穿刺患者心理活动复杂,需要满足自我护理的要求,渴望医务人员的人文关怀,对信息的需求不同。医务人员应有计划积极地采取多种方式满足患者的个性化需求,以保证肾穿刺患者的护理质量。

Objective To explore the experience of bed rest among patients undergoing renal biopsy,so as to provide reference for implementation of individualized nursing.Methods Totally 24 patients undergoing renal biopsy were recruited and interviewed by phenomenological method in a qualitative research.Colaizzi seven-step analysis was used to identify key themes.Results Four themes were extracted:complexity of mental activity change;primary demand;eager for humanistic care and demand of information.Conclusion Patients undergoing renal biopsy have complicated psychological activity and are eager for humanistic care and self-nursing.The demand for information also varies.Medical and nursing staff should take multiple interventions to meet the personalized needs of patients,in order to improve the quality of nursing service for patients undergoing renal biopsy.
