基于文献计量法的护士情绪劳动在国内的研究热点及趋势分析

Analysis of hotspots and research trends of nurses’ emotional labor in China based on bibliometric method

目的分析国内护士情绪劳动相关研究现状和发展动态,梳理研究的热点问题和重要研究方向,为进一步开展对护士情绪劳动的研究提供参考。方法采用系统评价法,检索中国知网(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(CSTJ)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和万方数据库(Wanfang Data)中国内公开发表的相关文献资料国内数据库,分别从年度变化、机构分布、期刊分布、基金支持、医院及科室分布和研究内容等方面对纳入的关于护士情绪劳动的研究进行计量及统计分析。结果共纳入83篇文献,其中期刊论文73篇、硕士学位论文10篇,年度文献量总体呈增长态势。第一作者来自我国21个省、直辖市及自治区。所在机构类型中省市级三级甲等医院占比最大(65.06%)。23(27.71%)篇文献受基金资助。研究设计以调查性研究为主。当前国内研究热点主要包括护士情绪劳动的现况调查、护士情绪劳动相关因素的分析、护士情绪劳动的干预研究等。研究方式主要以问卷调查形式为主。结论国内关于护理情绪劳动的科研基金的投入需加大,文献期刊总体质量和国际影响力有待进一步提高,研究内容待进一步扩展等。未来重要的研究方向应以积极推动从影响因素入手寻找有效干预方式提高护士的情绪管理和情绪劳动能力。

Objective To analyze the domestic research and development trends of nurses'emotional labor,to sort out the hot issues and important research directions,and to provide reference for further research on nurses'emotional labor.Methods The systematic evaluation method was used to search the domestic databases including CNKI,CSTJ,CBM and Wanfang Data,and the included quantitative researches on nurses'emotional labor were measured and analyzed from the aspects of annual change,institutional distribution,journal distribution,fund support,hospital and department distribution and research content.Results A total of 83 articles were included,including 73 journal articles and 10 master's thesis papers.The annual literature volume showed an overall growth trend.The first author came from 21 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China.The provincial and municipal top three hospitals accounted for 65.06%of publishing institutions,and 23(27.71%)literature is funded by the fund.The research design was mainly based on investigative research.The current domestic research hotspots mainly included the current situation of nurses'emotional labor,analysis of emotional labor-related factors,and intervention studies on emotional labor.Most researches are questionnaires-based studies.Conclusion The investment of scientific research funds for nursing emotional labor needs to be increased in China.The overall quality and international impact of literature journals need to be further improved,and the research content should be further expanded.The important research direction in the future should actively promote the emotional management and emotional labor ability of nurses by actively exploring the effective intervention methods.
