中医综合护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后疼痛和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing on postoperative pain and sleep quality of patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨中医综合护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后疼痛和睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月收治的行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者306例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各153例。对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医综合护理干预。对比2组干预前、干预后睡眠质量和疼痛情况。结果干预后,2组阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)和疼痛数字分级评分法(NRS)评分均降低,且观察组AIS和NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理技术可以减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者术后疼痛,改善其睡眠的质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing on postoperative pain and sleep quality of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods Totally 306 LDH patients undergoing surgical treatment were divided into observation group and control group,with 153 cases in each group.All patients received routine care after operation,and patients in the observation group were given comprehensive interventions based on TCM nursing.Postoperative pain was assessed by Numeric Rating Scales(NRS),and sleep quality of patients was evaluated by Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS).Results Scores of NRS and AIS significantly dropped after interventions,and scores of NRS and AIS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive interventions based on TCM nursing may relieve the postoperative pain and improve sleep quality of LDH patients after operation.
