90例慢性肾脏病患者合并带状疱疹的临床观察与护理

Clinical observation and nursing of 90 patients with chronic kidney disease complicated with herpes zoster

目的总结慢性肾脏病合并带状疱疹的患者的护理要点。方法回顾性分析了90例慢性肾脏病合并带状疱疹患者临床资料,总结相关护理措施。结果本组患者疼痛评分最高达8分,平均疼痛评分为(3.66±2.05)分,平均疼痛控制时间为(7.20±4.48)d。90例患者中有7例患者并发后遗神经痛,经积极干预得以控制,病情缓解出院,1例因并发延髓炎入院后转入肾脏科ICU治疗,余89例患者均病情好转出院。结论慢性肾脏病合并带状疱疹早期注重病情观察,早发现早干预;进展期加强皮肤观察与护理,减少并发症;恢复期关注重点人群,实施健康宣教,预防复发。

Objective To summarize the clinical features and nursing points of 90 patients with chronic kidney disease complicated with herpes zoster.Methods General information of patients was collected,including gender,age,primary disease,treatment plan,etc,and to analyze the clinical characteristics of chronic kidney disease with herpes zoster.On the basis of comprehensive treatment,patients were given individualized nursing interventions at different stages of disease.Results Of 90 patients,82 patients with herpes zoster had no complication and were discharged,seven patients with subsequent neuralgia were controlled and discharged from the hospital,and 1 patient was transferred to the ICU for further treatment with combined inflammation of the medulla oblongata.Conclusion More attention should be paid to the chief complaint and physical examination of patients at early stage of herpes zoster.Skin care interventions should be carried out in the stage of disease progression.Health education should be enhanced to key groups during the convalescence stage,in order to prevent recurrence of disease.
