精益六西格玛管理在急性缺血性脑卒中患者急救护理流程优化中的应用

Application of Lean Six Sigma in process optimization of emergency care of patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的探讨精益六西格玛管理法应用于急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者急救护理流程中的效果。方法选取2018年11月—2019年5月收治的64名患者为观察组,2017年10月—2018年10月收治的62名患者为对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用精益六西格玛管理。比较2组患者接诊时间、CT完成时间、标本送达时间、化验完成时间。结果观察组AIS患者接诊时间、CT完成时间、标本送达时间及化验完成时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论精益六西格玛管理有助于优化AIS患者的院内救治环节,提高救治效率。

Objective To investigate the effect of Lean Six Sigma(LSS)in process optimization of emergency care of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods Totally 62 AIS patients with hospital admission between October 2017 and October 2018 were included as the control group,another 64 patients with hospital admission between November 2018 and May 2019 were included as the observation group.The routine process management of emergency care was adopted in the control group,and a LSS project was used in process optimization of emergency care in the observation group.The time to reception,time of CT-scanning completion,specimen delivery and laboratory test were observed and compared between two groups.Results The time to reception,time of CT-scanning completion,time of specimen delivery and time of laboratory test in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The LSS project is an effective tool in process optimization of emergency care of AIS patients.
