摘要
目的比较本科护生第二课堂活动前后人文素质的提升状况,探讨第二课堂活动对护生人文素质的影响因素,为第二课堂活动的具体设计及应用提供参考。方法以理论学习、咨询专家、实地调研为基础,设计第二课堂活动方案;采用便利抽样方法选取97名二年级护理本科学生为研究对象,在第二课堂活动前后进行问卷调查。结果第二课堂活动后护生道德素质、文化素质、心理素质、审美素质得分较活动前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超过一半的护生认同第二课堂活动对于提高人文素质的积极作用。结论第二课堂活动的开展有助于护生人文素质的提升,高等护理教育者应重视第二课堂活动,切实解决第二课堂活动中所遇到的问题,为第二课堂活动的顺利开展及进行创造良好的软环境。
Objective To compare the improvement of humanistic quality of undergraduate nursing students before and after the extracurricular activities,to explore the influencing factors of the extracurricular activity on humanistic quality of nursing students,and to provide reference for the specific design and application of the extracurricular activities.Methods Based on theoretical study,consulting experts and field research,the plan of extracurricular activities was designed.The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 97 second-year nursing undergraduate students as the research objects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the extracurricular activities.Results After implementation of extracurricular activities,the overall scores of students'moral quality,cultural quality,psychological quality and aesthetic quality were higher than those before implementation of extracurricular activities(P<0.05).More than half of students believed the positive value of extracurricular activities in improving the humanistic quality.Conclusion The development of the extracurricular activities is conducive to the improvement of the humanistic quality of nursing students.Higher nursing educators should attach importance to the extracurricular activities,effectively solve the problems encountered in extracurricular activities,and create a good soft environment for the smooth development and implementation of the extracurricular activities.
