摘要
目的探讨经验学习圈理论在低年资护士洗胃技术培训中的应用效果。方法选取新招聘在岗护士58名,随机分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组采用传统培训法开展洗胃技术培训,观察组在对照组基础上采用以经验学习圈理论引导的带教模式。比较2组护士理论知识和操作考核成绩,采用问卷调查护士对培训方式的评价。结果观察组护士理论知识和操作考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组护士认为基于经验学习圈理论的带教模式更能够激发学习主动性、帮助理解知识点、提高团队协作力、提高发现解决问题能力。结论经验学习圈理论构建了一个科学的程序化学习方式,能够有效提升低年资护士洗胃操作技能。
Objective To investigate the effect of experiential learning cycle theory in the clinical training of gastric lavage skills for junior nurses.Methods Totally 58 newly-recruited junior nurses were assigned to the control group and the observation group,with 29 nurses in each group.The routine teaching method was adopted in both two groups,and the teaching method based on experiential learning cycle theory was used in the observation group.The outcomes of theory and practice assessments of two groups were compared.A questionnaire survey was conducted to explore nurses’evaluation on training methods.Results Nurses in the observation group achieved higher scores of theory and practice assessments than those in the control group(P<0.01).Nurses in the observation group believed teaching method based on experiential learning cycle theory was more effective to improve the learning motivation,understanding,collaboration and problem-solving skills.Conclusion By establishing a scientific and programmed teaching method,the experiential learning cycle theory can improve the gastric lavage skills of junior nurses.
