达标理论在我国临床护理中的应用现状

Research progress on application of the theory of goal attainment in clinical nursing practice in China

达标理论是在一般系统论、符号互动论、生长发展理论、心理分析理论等基础上形成的概念系统,是顺应医学模式发展而提出的一种护理理论,被证实可作为护理人员的工作指导理念,其内容由3个概念系统(个人系统、人际间系统和社会系统)和理论假说组成。本文阐述了达标理论的基本概念,回顾了达标理论在国内临床护理中的应用现状,指出达标理论在临床护理应用中存在的问题,以期为达标理论在我国临床护理中的规范化应用提供指导。

The theory of goal attainment describes a dynamic,interpersonal relationship in which a patient grows and develops to attain certain life goals.On theoretical basis of general system theory,symbol interaction theory,theory of growth and development,psychoanalytic theory,and etc,the theory of goal attainment is proved as an guiding concept for medical and nursing staffs in clinical practice.The model has three interacting systems:personal,interpersonal,and social.This paper briefly introduced the basic concept of the theory,reviewed the application of the theory in domestic nursing and pointed out the problems in clinical nursing practice,in order to provide guidance for the application of theory of goal attainment in clinical nursing in China.
