衰弱与抑郁是两种常见的老年健康问题,两者临床症状有许多重叠,其因果关系逐渐成为研究热点。本文对老年人衰弱与抑郁相关关系的研究进展、发病机制、干预措施进行阐述,旨在为今后研究及临床制定护理计划提供参考。

Frailty and depression are two common health problems in the elderly.There is a lot of overlap between the two clinical symptoms,and their causal relationship has gradually become a research hotspot.This article reviewed the research progress,pathogenesis and intervention measures of the relationship between depression and frailty among elderly people,in order to provide reference for future research and clinical nursing plan.
