摘要
为了提高对航空发动机修理装配中活塞倾斜度的检测能力,提出一种基于最小均方误差参量估计的航空发动机修理装配中活塞倾斜度自动监测方法。采用激光测距和敏感元件进行航空发动机修理装配中活塞倾斜数据采集,采集的数据有活塞的水平位移、方位、测量误差以及纵向倾角等参数,对采集的数据采用Kalman滤波方法进行信息融合处理,采用阻尼力矩转动控制方法进行航空发动机修理装配中活塞倾斜度的模糊控制,采用严格反馈修正方法进行航空发动机修理装配中活塞倾斜度修正,结合最小均方误差参量估计方法进行活塞倾斜度测量和参数估计,实现对活塞倾斜度自动监测和控制。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行航空发动机修理装配中活塞倾斜度自动监测的准确性较高,对倾斜度的自动控制能力较强,提高了装配的精度。
In order to improve the detection ability of piston inclination in aero-engine repair assembly,an automatic piston inclination monitoring method based on minimum mean square error parameter estimation is proposed.Laser ranging and sensing elements are used to collect piston tilt data in aero-engine repair assembly.The collected data include piston horizontal displacement,azimuth,measurement error and longitudinal inclination angle,etc.The collected data are processed by Kalman filtering method and the damping torque rotation control method is used to control the piston inclination in aero-engine repair assembly.In order to realize automatic monitoring and control of piston inclination,a strict feedback correction method is used to correct piston inclination in aero-engine repair assembly,and a minimum mean square error parameter estimation method is used to measure and estimate piston inclination.The test results show that the accuracy of automatic monitoring of piston inclination in aero-engine repair assembly is high,and the automatic control ability of inclination is stronger,and the accuracy of assembly is improved.
