摘要
利用传统单点式测量方法对火电厂烟气排放流量进行测量,测量准确性低,效率差。针对上述问题,提出一种新型多点式火电厂烟气排放流量自动测量方法。首先利用数值模拟技术对烟道内流场分布情况进行分析,然后根据分析结果设计测量点布局,最后根据测量点布局布置差压流量变送器,计算火电厂烟气排放流量。结果表明:与传统单点式烟气排放流量测量方法相比,新型多点式烟气排放流量自动测量方法测量准确性提高13.94%,测量时间缩短6.8 s,测量效率提高。
The traditional single-point measurement method is used to measure the flue gas discharge flow in thermal power plants,which has low accuracy and low efficiency.In view of the above problems,a new multi-point automatic measurement method for flue gas discharge in thermal power plants is proposed.Firstly,numerical simulation technology is used to analyze the distribution of flow field in flue,then the layout of measuring points is designed according to the analysis results.Finally,the differential pressure flow transmitter is arranged according to the layout of measuring points to calculate the flue gas discharge flow of thermal power plants.The results show that compared with the traditional single-point flue gas discharge flow measurement method,the new multi-point flue gas discharge flow automatic measurement method improves the measurement accuracy by 13.94%,shortens the measurement time by 6.8 seconds,and improves the measurement efficiency.
