摘要
针对波浪能发电装备供电保障效能评估存在着装备设计复杂,工作环境特殊,影响因素多维等问题,分析了影响装备供电保障效能的主要方面,建立了较为完备的评估指标体系。提出了组合赋权-改进TOPSIS相结合的效能评估方法,有效融合了多层次定性和定量数据,弥补了传统TOPSIS在权重系数以及距离计算方面的缺陷,达到了效能评估目的。通过案例对比分析了三种波浪能发电装备方案,验证了该方法的合理性,结果表明所提方法可为波浪能发电装备研发论证提供参考。
Aiming at the power supply effectiveness evaluation of wave energy converter equipments,there are problems such as complex equipment design,special working environment and multi-dimensional influence factors.The main aspects affecting the power supply efficiency are analyzed,and a relatively complete evaluation index system is established.A effectiveness evaluation method based on combination determining weights and improved TOPSIS is proposed,which effectively combines qualitative and quantitative data,and makes up for the shortcomings of traditional TOPSIS in determining the weight coefficient and distance calculation.Eventually,the purpose of effectiveness evaluation is achieved.The three wave energy converter equipment schemes are analyzed,and the rationality of the method is verified.The results show that the proposed method can provide reference for the research and development of wave energy converter equipment.
