摘要
当下正值智能制造兴盛之际,涂料行业面对市场竞争、成本上升等诸多要素,仅面向制造控制的自动化已无法满足行业的成本控制、高效响应、质量提升的巨大需求。为解决涂料生产系统中资源调整、上下设备之间的协调性,以及新产品研发适应性等问题,在S88批处理控制标准基础上,研究一种基于过程数据监测回馈的涂料行业流程自动化方法,构建多维过程监测回馈值相关性及工作流组织模型,建立完善的数据组织与关联验证机制与流程自动执行引擎。该研究可对涂料行业流程实施贯通管理与控制,实现自动与人工混合操作、过程质量监测检测控制、多维时工序化操作验证的流程管理与流程控制执行的自动化迭代,该方法对提升涂料行业流程自动化水平具有一定的实用价值和指导意义。
Today,intelligent manufacturing is booming,and the paint industry is facing with market competition,rising costs and many other factors,so,the automation only for manufacturing control cannot meet the industry′s huge demand for cost control,efficient response and quality improvement.To solve the problems of resource adjustment,coordination between upper and lower level equipment,adaptability of new product research and development in paint production system.A process automation method is nesearched based on S88 batch control standard and process data monitoring feedback.A multi-dimensional process monitoring feedback correlation model and workflow organization model is builted.And also perfect data organization and correlation validation mechanism is builted,as well as the process automatic execution engine.This research can implement the integrated management and control of paint industry process,and also realize the process management of automatic and manual mixed operation,process quality monitoring and inspection control,multi-dimensional working procedure operation verification,and can achieve automated iteration of process control execution.This method has certain practical value and guiding significance to improve the automation level of process in paint industry.
