大电网分布式智能继电保护定值自动管控方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高大电网分布式智能继电保护信号自动识别和定值管控能力,实现大电网分布式智能继电保护的定值自动管控,提出一种基于大数据融合调度的大电网分布式智能继电保护定值自动管控方法。采用分布式传感器进行大电网分布式智能继电信号定值自动管控信息采集,构建电网分布式智能继电保护信号模型,采用空间阵列分布式设计方法进行自动管控的控制器设计,采用级联陷波检测法对大电网分布式智能继电保护信号进行干扰滤波处理,提取大电网分布式智能继电保护信号的高阶统计特征量,采用经验模态分解方法进行大电网分布式智能继电保护信号的特征分解,实现大电网继电保护信号的自动检测和自动管控。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行大电网分布式智能继电保护定值管控的自动性较好,继电保护的控制能力较强。 In order to improve the ability of automatic recognition and control of distributed intelligent relay protection signal in large power network,the automatic control of distributed intelligent relay protection in large power network is realized.An automatic control method for distributed intelligent relay protection is presented based on big data integrated dispatching.The distributed sensor is used to collect the automatic control information of distributed intelligent relay signal in large power network.The distributed intelligent relay model is designed by using spatial array distributed design method to design the automatic control and control system of relay protection.The distributed intelligent relay protection signal of large power network is processed by cascaded notch detection method,and the high order statistical characteristic of distributed intelligent relay protection signal in large power network is extracted.The empirical mode decomposition(EMD) method is used to decompose the characteristic of distributed intelligent relay protection signal in large power network to realize the automatic detection and control of railway power signal.The test results show that this method is more automatic and has better control ability for distributed intelligent relay protection in large power network.
