Automatic control technology of self-healing system of intelligent distribution network

摘要 传统智能配电网的自动化控制技术控制精准率低,出现故障时的自我恢复成功率差。设计一种智能配电网自愈系统的自动化控制技术,为实现自愈系统的自动化控制,构建自动化控制框架,通过预留连接的智能终端,实现最大程度上的信息共享;控制软件的组态配置使其能够在非正常状态下应激性的自动开环和闭环,保护配电主站;建立自动化控制体系,对静态安全控制和动态安全控制提供保障;对电能质量指标进行定义,计算出自动化控制有效区域;引入二进制粒子群算法,对分断开关和联络开关进行控制,完成了自动化控制技术的设计。通过仿真实验结果表明,智能配电网自愈系统的自动化控制技术的控制精准率比传统技术高出20%,故障自我恢复率比传统自动化控制技术的结果高出25%,验证了设计的智能配电网自愈系统的自动化控制技术有效性。 Traditional intelligent distribution network automation control technology control accuracy is low,the failure of self-recovery rate is poor.An automatic control technology of self-healing system of intelligent distribution network is designed.In order to realize automatic control of self-healing system,an automatic control framework is constructed.Through reserved intelligent terminals,information sharing is realized to the greatest extent.The configuration of the control software enables it to automatically open and close the loop under the abnormal state of stress to protect the main distribution station.Automatic control system is set up to provide guarantee for static and dynamic safety control;The power quality index is defined and the effective area of self-healing control is calculated.Binary particle swarm optimization(pso) algorithm is introduced to control the break switch and contact switch,and the design of automatic control technology is completed.The simulation results show that the accuracy of automatic control technology is 25% higher than that of traditional control technology,and the fault self-recovery rate is 25% higher than that of traditional automatic control technology,which verifies the effectiveness of automatic control technology of the designed intelligent distribution network self-healing system.
