基于数字化的高端装备制造企业智能化转型升级演化博弈研究

Research on Intelligent Transformation and Upgrading Evolution Game of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises Based on Digitalization

智能制造是"中国制造2025"的主攻方向,高端装备制造业实现智能化转型升级是提升国家产业核心竞争力的重要体现,是我国由制造大国迈向制造强国的必然要求。基于数字化视角,分析了中国高端装备制造企业智能化转型升级过程,构建了高端装备制造企业实施智能化转型升级的演化博弈模型,分析高端装备制造企业实施智能化转型的动态演化过程和主要影响因素,用MATLAB对演化博弈模型进行模拟仿真,分析对比参数变化对演化结果的影响。结果显示,数据采集分析水平、平台化水平、生产过程数字化水平和转型成本对博弈双方的策略演化结果有显著影响。为加快中国高端装备制造企业智能化转型升级提出相关建议。

Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of "Made in China 2025". The realization of intelligent transformation and upgrading of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is an important manifestation of enhancing the core competitiveness of the country’s industry. It is an inevitable requirement for China to move from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power. Based on the digital perspective, this paper analyzes the intelligent transformation and upgrading process of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises in China, and builds an evolutionary game model of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to implement intelligent transformation and upgrading, and analyzes the dynamic evolution process and main influencing factors of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises implementing intelligent transformation. The MATLAB is used to simulate the evolutionary game model, and the influence of the contrast parameter changes on the evolution results is analyzed. The results show that the level of data collection and analysis, the level of platformization, and the level of digitization of the production process have a significant impact on the strategic evolution of both sides of the game. In order to speed up the intelligent transformation and upgrading of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, relevant suggestions are put forward.
