"One Belt and One Road" is a road of integrated innovation. Energy is the focus of the "One Belt One Road" cooperation. The "One Belt and One Road" initiative provides new environmental features for integrated innovation of international energy cooperation model. The paper discusses the integration of international energy cooperation contract model, contract model and partnering model, service agreement model, replacement model and cooperation model support platform, which provides a new path for the innovation of "One Belt and One Road" international energy cooperation model.
