三螺旋视角下的丹麦科技创新实践及对我国的启示

Denmark’s Practical Experience of Scientific and Technological Innovation from the Perspective of Triple Helix and Its Enlightenment to China

通过资料搜集与整理,对丹麦从事基础研究的大学、微观企业创新、政府作用三个维度对科技创新实践经验进行总结,并从三螺旋模型架构出发论述“大学一企业一政府”三者间的协同创新机制,最后对我国科技创新政策的优化提出相应启示建议。

Through literature collection and collation, this paper summarizes the practical experience of scientific and technological innovation from three dimensions: Denmark’s world-class university construction plan, the government’s strategic industrial development and implementation, and micro-enterprise innovation and entrepreneurship. it also discusses the collaborative innovation mechanism among the three from the perspective of the triple helix model framework, and finally puts forward corresponding enlightenment suggestions for the optimization of China’s scientific and technological innovation policy.
