一流本科专业建设背景下学生发展评价变革研究 被引量:15

摘要 一流本科专业建设已经成为继一流学科和一流高校建设战略后国家层面提出的又一高等教育发展计划,其本质在于以专业建设为抓手实现培养一流专业人才的根本目标一流本科专业建设是一种精英化模式,而普通本科专业建设是一种大众化模式。现有专业建设中的学生发展评价与一流本科专业建设的标准和要求存在明显差距。一流本科专业建设的重点和关键在于对现有学生发展评价理念、内容、标准和方式进行解构和重建,建立与一流本科专业建设相适应的学生发展评价体系,更好地支持一流人才培养,发挥学生评价的导向作用,引导学生朝着一流人才、精英人才的方向发展,实现一流本科专业建设的最初目标。 The construction of first-class undergraduate majors has become another higher education development plan put forward at the national level after the construction strategy of first-class disciplines and first-class universities. The essence of the first-class construction undergraduate specialty lies in the fundamental goal of cultivating first-class professional talents by taking specialty construction as the basic goal. The first-class undergraduate specialty construction is an elite model, while the ordinary undergraduate specialty construction is a popular model. There is a clear gap between the evaluation of students’ development in the current professional construction and the standards and requirements of the first-class undergraduate professional construction. The key of the first-class construction undergraduate majors is to deconstruct and reconstruct the existing evaluation concepts, contents, standards and methods of students’ development, establishing an evaluation system for students’ development that is suitable for the first-class undergraduate specialty construction of, so as to better support the cultivation of first-class talents, to play the guiding role of students’ evaluation, and to guide the majority of students to develop in the direction of first-class talents and elite talents. In the end, the initial goal of first-class undergraduate specialty construction will be realized.
