摘要 运用三阶段DEA方法对2004-2016年我国43所教育部直属高校办学效率进行分析,发现政府拨款占总经费百分比、生均经费的提高能减少投入冗余,而生均校园占地面积的增加则会增大投入冗余。为进一步研究我国高等教育的发展规律,对各校办学从效率排名、决策单元参考频次及各年指标松弛分析等三个方面进行综合研究,发现我国高等教育发展平稳中有小幅波动,各校在办学效率与稳定性间存在不平衡现象投入产出松弛量有所下降,高等教育资源配置整体趋于合理。 By using the Three-stage DEA method to analyze the running efficiency of 43 universities directly under the Ministry of education from 2004 to 2016, it is found that the increase of government appropriation as a percentage of total funds and per student funds can reduce the investment redundancy, while the increase of per student campus area will increase the investment redundancy. In order to further study the development law of higher education in China, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the efficiency ranking, reference frequency of decision-making units and slack analysis of indicators in each year. It is found that there is a small fluctuation in the steady development of higher education in China, and there is an imbalance between the efficiency and stability of each school. The input-output slack has declined, and the overall allocation of higher education resources tends to be reasonable.
