基于TOPSIS法我国高等教育与区域经济协调发展的地区差异研究

Regional Difference in Coordinated Development of Higher Education and Economy in China:Based on TOPSIS Method

在经济新常态下,区域高等教育发展失调问题日益显著。文章采用T0PSIS方法测度了我国高等教育资源水平,在分析我国高等教育资源水平区域发展差异的基础上,实证考察了我国高等教育与区域经济发展协调性的地区差异。研究发现:我国高等教育资源水平表现出趋于平稳发展的特点,但是区域发展差异明显,东部地区普遍高于中西部地区;高等教育与区域经济发展协调度普遍较低,失调情况比较严重,并且高等教育发展滞后于区域经济的状况普遍存在。

Under the new normal state of economic development, the imbalance of regional higher education development is becoming increasingly prominent. In this paper, TOPSIS method is used to measure the level of higher education resources in China. Based on the analysis of regional development differences in the level of higher education resources in China, the regional differences in the coordination of higher education and regional economic development are empirically investigated. It is found that the level of higher education resources in China tends to develop steadily, but there are obvious differences in regional development, the eastern region is generally higher than the central and western regions;the coordination degree of higher education and regional economic development is generally low, and the imbalance is serious, and the situation that the development of higher education lags behind the regional economy generally exists.
