摘要
师德在教师素质结构中处于核心地位,师德建设不仅有助于解决当前部分教师存在的师德失范问题,还有利于全面落实立德树人的根本任务。不容置疑,当前新时代教师师德建设面临诸多挑战,主要体现为社会公众对师德的认识存在误区;师德培训内容缺乏针对性,其实效性较差;部分教师职业道德素养较低,工作态度不端正;部分教师内在德性缺乏,外在规范淡薄。因此,需要引导社会公众正确认识师德;制定科学合理的师德培训指导标准,落实培训效果;提升教师职业道德素养,端正工作态度,加强师德师风建设;重视教师内在德性的培养,加强外在规范的学习。
Teachers’ morality plays a central role in teachers’ quality structure. Its construction is not only helpful to solve the problem of teachers’ morality anomie, but also beneficial to fully implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people. Undoubtedly, the construction of teachers’ ethics in the new era is facing many challenges, they are mainly reflected in many aspects, such as the misunderstanding about teachers’ ethics from the public, the lack of pertinence in the content of teachers’ ethics training and its poor effectiveness, some teachers’ low professional quality and the passive working attitudes;the lack of teachers’ internal morality and weak external norms.Therefore, it is necessary to guide the public to have a correct understanding of teachers’ morality, to formulate scientific and reasonable guidance standards for teachers’ morality training and implement the training effectiveness, to enhance teachers’ professional ethics and strengthen the construction of teachers’ morality, to attach importance to the cultivation of teachers’ internal morality and to strengthen the learning of external norms.
