摘要
随着时代的发展以及科技的进步,我国产业结构不断优化。在新的产业结构背景下,我国职业教育人才培养模式也需要不断地调整与改善。这对职业教育人才培养理念、人才培养模式、人才培养规格以及办学模式提出新要求。就我国职业教育人才培养体系的现实状况而言,存在职业教育人才培养模式与学生入职后的工作现实联系不紧密、职业院校专业设置不合理、人才培养模式僵化等问题。基于新产业体系构建背景,职业教育人才培养模式的转型可以从调整人才培养理念、调整专业结构、打造基于校企深度合作的现代学徒制、建立开放型人才培养体系等方面进行变革,为新形势下国家经济发展提供一定的人才资源支撑。
With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, China’s industrial structure is constantly optimized. Under the background of new industrial structure, the training mode of professional talents in China also needs to be adjusted and improved constantly. This puts forward new requirements for the concept, mode, standard and mode of vocational education. In terms of the current situation of China’s vocational personnel training system, there are some problems, such as the lack of close relationship between the training mode of vocational personnel and the reality of students’ work after entering the profession, the unreasonable professional setting in vocational colleges, and the rigid personnel training mode. Based on the background of the construction of new industrial system, the transformation of the training mode of vocational education personnel can be carried out from the aspects of adjusting personnel training concept and professional structure, building modern apprenticeship system based on the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and establishing an open personnel training system, so as to provide human resources support for the national economic development in the new situation.
