摘要
在我国城市化进程中,高校毕业生形成了新的职业价值观,为探究其现状进行深度访谈研究。结果表明,高校毕业生职业价值观结构有自我特质需要、成长发展需要、福利保障需要、工作环境需要、声望地位需要、自我价值需要、家庭情感维护需要、文化维护需要等8个维度、44个条目。在此基础上形成的职业价值观结构模型表明:福利保障需要是毕业生职业价值观的基础,在得到满足后,有6个维度递进式出现,而自我价值实现将成为终极价值需求。
In order to understand the vocational value structure of college graduates in the urbanization process, 18 college graduates were interviewed in depth.The results show that the vocational value structure of college graduates has 8 dimensions and 44 items. The 8 dimensions are as following: self-trait needs, growth and development needs, welfare and security needs, work environment needs, reputation and status needs, self-worth needs, family emotional needs and cultural needs. The occupational value structure model formed on this basis shows that the welfare security needs are the basis of the vocational values of graduates. After being satisfied, the remaining six dimensions appear progressively, and self-value realization will become the ultimate value needs.
