大数据背景下大学生学习状态研究的方法探析

任何"教"的变革、"学"的创新,都必然始于对学生学习状态的了解、分析和评估。在计算机技术飞速发展的时代背景下,课堂教学改革、教与学的研究一定离不开大数据和信息技术的参与。文章深入分析了大学生学习状态的研究成果、现有研究方法及其局限性,介绍了近十年来兴起的、在教育领域中应用越来越广泛的学习分析技术,提出研究者可以利用视频监控、图像处理、机器学习等先进技术手段,将课堂内与课堂外学习数据有机结合、更多采用多模态技术、现代信息技术和传统方法交互贯通,以进一步丰富和深化该领域的研究成果,最终实现数据驱动的个性化学习指导和教育评价。

Any change in teaching and innovation in learning must begin with the understanding, analysis and evaluation of students’ learning state. In the era of rapid development of computer technology,class teaching reform and the research of teaching and learning, must be inseparable from the participation of big data and information technology.This paper deeply analyses the current research findings,methods and limitations of college students’ learning state, introduces the learning analytics technology which has increasingly prospective application in education in the recent decades.It is suggested that researchers can use advanced technical means such as video surveillance,image processing and machine learning, combine in-class and out-of-class learning data,traditional methods with modern information technology for enriching and deepen the research of learning state and ultimately achieving data-driven personalized learning guidance and education evaluation.
