摘要
本文提出了关于实施大容枳气瓶轻量化设计和制造的几点建议,包括开发新材料、利用新的炼钢和轧钢工艺提高材料的性能,通过先进的强力旋压工艺提高大容积气瓶用无缝钢管的制造精度,改进气瓶的热旋压收口工艺和采用新的热处理制度。并讨论了完善气瓶充装管理制度对保障大容积气瓶安全可靠运行的重要性。
Suggestions for light-weight design of large-capacity gas cylinder are presented,including the development of new materials,the adoption of new steelmaking and steel rolling processes and technologies to improve the material property,the adoption of advanced power spinning process for large-diameter cylinder tubes to improve the manufacturing precision,and the improvement of cylinder hot-spinning process and heat-treatment.The importance of improving and perfecting the filling regulation system for gas cylinders to ensure the safe and reliable operation of large capacity cylinders is also discussed.
