摘要
为了能更好地计算夹绳器制动减速度的大小,本文介绍了直夹式夹绳器和自楔紧式夹绳器的制动原理,从力学角度分别推导了曳引悬祛比为1:1空载轿厢的夹绳器制动减速度计算公式。通过着重分析楔块的受力情况,并应用动能定理计算了自楔紧式夹绳器的制动力。计算中发现轿厢上行超速时夹绳器动作产生的制动减速度随着提升高度的增加而减小,并根据计算式分析了产生这种现象的原因。
In order to better calculate the braking deceleration of steel rope gripper,the braking principle for direct gripping and self-wedging of steel rope gripper is introduced in this paper,and the braking deceleration calculation formulas of steel rope gripper are presented with traction suspension ratio of 1:1 for empty car from the aspect of the mechanics analysis.The braking force of self-wedging of steel rope gripper is calculated by emphatically analyzing the force of the wedge and applying the kinetic energy theorem.It is found that the braking deceleration caused by the action of steel rope gripper decreases with the increasing of lifting height when the car overspeed upward.The reasons of this result are analyzed by the calculation formula.
