故障诊断技术在电梯检验中的应用

Application of Fault Diagnosis Technology in Elevator Inspection

本文以特种设备技术规范为指导,探讨了在曳引式电梯定期检验工作中引入现代故障诊断技术的可行性及必要性。通过实例分析,论证了振动诊断技术具有较强的有效性和准确性,可作为电梯常规检验的一项有效补充。最后结合笔者工作经验及技术特点提出了关于如何进一步引入振动技术的想法和建议。限于客观条件及技术能力,不完备处,欢迎批评指正。

Based on the technical specifications of special equipment,this paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of introducing modem fault diagnosis technology in the periodic inspection of traction elevators,through case analysis,it is proved that the vibration diagnosis technology has strong effectiveness and accuracy,and can be used as an effective supplement for the routine inspection of elevators.Finally,combined with the experience and technical characteristics,author puts forward some ideas and suggestions on how to further introduce vibration technology.
