摘要
高等学校辅导员绩效考核工作是辅导员队伍职业化专业化建设中非常重要的环节,对辅导员的发展、管理、晋升具有重要的意义。当下,全国各高校对辅导员的考核办法不尽相同,辅导员考核缺乏相对权威系统的考核体系,考核指标相对泛化,考核结果的应用未能准确地导向辅导员的职业晋升和发展。辅导员绩效考核工作的突破点就在于要找准考核工作的难点,改进考核标准,明确考核主体,改进考核形式,正视考核结果.
The performance appraisal of college counselors is an extremely important link in the construction of counselors’team,which is of great significance to the development,management and promotion of counselors.At present,the assessment methods of counselors in Colleges and universities all over the country are different.The assessment system of counselors lacks a relatively authoritative system,and the assessment indicators are relatively generalized.The application of the assessment results can not accurately guide the career promotion and development of counselors.The breakthrough point of counselors’performance appraisal work lies in finding out the difficult points of the appraisal work,improving the appraisal standard,defining the appraisal subject,improving the appraisal form and facing up to the appraisal results.
