摘要
升入高职院校学习的中高职衔接学生,由于家庭、学校、社会等多方面因素影响,存在请多方面的问题,一些学生没有养成良好的学习习惯,严重制约了学生的进一步发展,不利于人才培养目标的实现。因此,高职阶段,在进行专业知识学习的同时,应该有目的、有意识地培养他们良好的学习习惯。在教学实践中,教师应综合运用多种良好学习习惯培养策略,以利于学生养成良好学习习惯,形成良好的性格,带来好的命运,为社会输送更多合格的高级技能人才。
Affected by the multiple factors regarding family,school,and society,many higher vocational school students fail on shaping a propitious behavior which is necessary for their sustainable development.This is unaligned with either the progression of the students or the talent training orientation.Therefore,the instructors in higher vocational institutions are supposed to provide not only professional training but also intentional guidance of developing a beneficial studying habit to students.In practice,the instructors are encouraged to leverage strategies to help students establishing constructive studying habits and positive personalities,which in turn contributes to their further career development,for delivering more well-skilled graduates to the society.
