摘要
新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是导致新生儿死亡和婴幼儿伤残的常见病因,目前临床上以亚低温治疗、高压氧治疗及药物治疗等综合治疗为主,暂无公认特异性治疗方案。随着人们对医学生物信息学研究和认识的进一步深化,LncRNA作为新治疗靶点的潜力逐渐引起重视,该文就LncRNA与HIE的关系进行综述,以期涌现出预诊治HIE的新途径。
Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) is a common cause of neonatal death and infant disability.Currently,it is treated mainly with mild hypothermia,hyperbaric oxygen therapy,drug therapy and many more comprehensive treatments,and there are no recognized specificity treatment programs.With deepening of research and understanding of medical bioinformatics,the potential of LncRNA as a new therapeutic target has gradually attracted attention.This article will review the relationship between LncRNA and HIE,so as to help develop some new ways for pre-diagnosis and treatment of HIE.
