摘要
目的研究视频教育结合回授法在老年高血压护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年2月-2018年9月阳春市妇幼保健院诊治的80例老年高血压患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上给予视频教育结合回授法。干预3个月后比较两组患者的血压控制效果、高血压健康素养和良好生活方式增加情况。结果观察组血压控制总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%;观察组干预后健康素养水平高于对照组;观察组干预后良好生活方式增加情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频教育结合回授法能有效提高老年高血压患者的血压控制和健康素养,改善患者的生活方式,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To study the application effect of video education combined with feedback method in elderly hypertension nursing. Methods From February 2017 to September 2018, 80 elderly patients with hypertension diagnosed and treated in Yangchun Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, according to random number table method. The control group was given routine health ed ucation, and the observation group was given video education combined with feedback method on the basis of the control group. After 3 months of inter-vention, the effect of blood pressure control, the health literacy of hypertension and the increase of good life style were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of blood pressure control in the observation group was 95.00%, higher than 80.00% in the control group;the level of health literacy in the observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group;the increase of good life style in the observation group after intervention was significantly better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Video education combined with feedback method could effectively improve the blood pressure control and health literacy of elderly patients with hypertension, and improve the life style of patients, which was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
