高位截瘫患者入院时间对糖尿病认知的影响

Effect of hospital admission time on cognition of diabetes in patients with high paraplegia

目的了解不同入院时间的高位截瘫患者对糖尿病的认知情况,对高位截瘫患者的护理提出合理的建议。方法通过临床观察和问卷调查的方式收集山东省泰安荣军医院确诊的88例高位截瘫住院患者信息,根据入院时间分组进行多样本比较评价高位截瘫患者对糖尿病认知情况。结果所入选患者中有24例(27.3%)空腹血糖值不正常,28例(31.8%)患糖尿病。不同入院时间对高位截瘫患者在空腹血糖值正常范围、低血糖的表现认知的影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同入院时间对高位截瘫患者在糖尿病的危险因素、常见表现、并发症、如何配合治疗、如何预防糖尿病问题认知的影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论入院时间使高位截瘫患者提高了对糖尿病知识认知的程度。

Objective To understand the cognition of diabetes in patients with high paraplegia at different admission times, and to provide reasonable advice for the care of patients with high paraplegia.Methods Information of 88 hospitalized patients with high paraplegia diagnosed by Shandong Tai’an Disabled Solider’s Hospital was collected through clinical observation and questionnaire survey. The cognition of diabetes in patients with high paraplegia was evaluated by multiple comparisons according to the time of admission. Results Among the selected patients, twenty-four(27.3 %) of the respondents had abnormal fasting glucose levels, twenty-eight people(31.8%) suffered from diabetes mellitus.There were no significant differences in the effect of cognition of fasting blood glucose normal range and hypoglycemia performance in patients with high paraplegia at different admission time( P >0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the risk factors, common manifestations, complications, how to cooperate with the treatment and how to prevent the cognition of diabetes in high paraplegia patients with different admission time(P<0.05). Conclusion Admission time increased the level of knowledge about diabetes in patients with high paraplegia.
