应用生活方式干预妊娠糖尿病的护理研究进展

妊娠期糖尿病主要是在妊娠期出现的不同程度糖耐量异常现象,其中不包括在妊娠期之前已经诊断的糖尿病。对于妊娠期所出现的糖尿病,会使产妇的身心健康受到影响,胎儿的畸形率以及致死率也很高。因此,在临床护理工作中,为了规避妊娠期糖尿病对产妇以及胎儿健康造成影响,应采用生活方式干预护理法,引导产妇在患有糖尿病之后合理应用生活方式进行护理,将血糖指标控制在合理的范围之内,以此预防疾病对产妇身心健康带来的影响。生活方式干预护理法可为其提供高质量的护理服务,提升整体护理工作水平,帮助产妇有效控制与维持正常的血糖指标,满足当前的护理工作要求,达到预期的工作目的。

Gestational diabetes is mainly caused by varying degrees of impaired glucose tolerance during pregnancy, which does not include diabetes that has been diagnosed before pregnancy. For diabetes that occurs during pregnancy, it can affect the physical and mental health of the mother, and the fetal malformation rate and mortality rate are also high. Therefore, in the clinical nursing work, in order to avoid the impact of gestational diabetes on maternal and fetal health, the lifestyle intervention nursing method should be adopted to guide the mother to rationally apply the lifestyle after the diabetes, and to control the blood glucose index in a reasonable way, so as to prevent the impact of disease on maternal and physical health. The lifestyle intervention nursing method can provide high-quality nursing services, improve the overall level of nursing work, promote effective control and maintenance of maternal blood glucose indicators, meet current nursing work requirements, reach expected work purpose.
