Nursing study of rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction

脑梗死为临床常见病、多发病。该疾病有着较高的病死、病残率,其在一定程度上对患者身体健康造成威胁。在急性期内,对于脑梗死患者开展行之有效的抢救措施能够确保患者生命安全,避免出现威胁生命安全的事件。目前,静脉溶栓已然成为了临床中治疗急性脑梗死的主要方法,但值得说明的是,我国当前使用静脉溶栓的普及率并不高,在一定程度上影响了患者疾病预后。所以,结合实际情况,本文分析了急性脑梗死rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗时间窗情况,以及开展rt-PA静脉溶栓前、溶栓过程中、溶栓后的相关护理步骤,综述rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者护理进展情况。

Cerebral infarction is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic. The disease has a high mortality and disability rate, to some extent, it poses a threat to people’s health. In acute phase, effective rescue measures for patients with cerebral infarction can ensure the safety of patients’ lives, avoid life-threatening incidents. Nowadays, intravenous thrombolysis has become the main method of treating acute cerebral infarction in clinlc. But it’s worth noting that, the prevalence of intravenous thrombolysis in China is not high, which to some extent affects the prognosis of patients with diseases. So, combined with the actual situation, this paper analyzes the time window of rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction, as well as the relevant nursing steps before, during and after rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis, and comprehensively summarizes the nursing progress of rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
