中医现代舌诊信息采集临床应用的研究进展

舌诊是中医辨证论治的重要依据之一。计算机技术的发展为舌诊现代化开辟了新途径,建立一个高质量和一致化的舌成像系统、数字舌象采集和研究方法对于促进中医现代化发展具有重要意义。随着数字图像处理和模式分类技术的发展,观察患者舌象为各种医疗应用提供了一种简单、快速、廉价和无创的解决方案。现代化舌诊应用于临床研究的目的是为诊断、中医辨证分型、评价病情、评估疗效等提供客观依据。近年来,中医舌诊信息提取,尤其是舌诊数字化越来越受到重视,舌诊信息采集技术越来越多地应用于临床疾病诊断中,为中医诊断标准化和定量化提供了有力依据。

Tongue diagnosis is one of the important basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.The development of computer technology has opened up new avenues for the modernization of tongue diagnosis. Establishing a high-quality and consistent tongue imaging system and digital tongue image acquisition and research methods are of great significance for promoting the modernization of Chinese Medicine. With the development of digital image processing and pattern classification technology, observing the patient’s tongue provides a simple, fast, inexpensive, and non-invasive solution for a variety of medical applications. The purpose of modern tongue diagnosis in clinical research is to provide objective evidence for diagnosis, TCM syndrome differentiation, evaluation of disease, and evaluation of efficacy. In recent years, the extraction of tongue diagnosis information in Chinese Medicine, especially the digitization of tongue diagnosis, has received more and more attention. The information collection technology of tongue diagnosis is more and more applied to the diagnosis of clinical diseases, which provides a powerful basis for the standardization and quantification of TCM diagnosis.
