哺乳期妇女避孕现状对生殖健康的影响

生殖健康就是生殖系统与其功能及生殖期间涵盖的所有事项的完好状态,不仅涉及到人体不虚弱亦或是不存在疾病影响,而且还涉及到社会、精神以及身体等诸多层面的健康状态。在女性的一生中,哺乳期是很特殊的生理阶段,与之相关的避孕节育等相关措施的落实效果,不但会给人口剩余情况带来重要的影响,而且会对孕龄妇女自身的生殖健康造成直接的影响。避孕节育是人类用以调整生育数量以及提升人口质量的基本措施。传统观念认为哺乳期由于闭经而很难受孕,且施加避孕节育措施往往会带来较多的不适影响,因此很少关注这部分的研究内容。基于此,本文主要针对哺乳期妇女月经复潮时间和影响因素、避孕节育现状及其对生殖健康的影响进行综述。

Reproductive health is the good condition of all matters covered by the reproductive system and its function and period of reproduction. It involves not only the infirmity of the body or the absence of disease effects, but also the health status of society, mind, and body. In a woman’s lifetime, lactation is a very special physiological stage, and the implementation of related measures such as contraception and birth control will not only have an important impact on the remaining situation of the population. And it will have a direct impact on the reproductive health of pregnant women themselves. Contraceptive birth control is a basic measure used by humans to achieve the adjustment of the number of births and improve the quality of the population. According to the traditional concept, it is difficult to conceive during lactation due to amenorrhea, and the application of contraceptive measures often brings more discomfort, so little attention is paid to this part of the research content. Based on this, this article mainly reviews the menstrual period and its influencing factors, the present situation of contraception and birth control and its effects on reproductive health in lactating women.
