欣普贝生在正常足月妊娠引产中的应用价值

Application value of dinoprostone suppositories in induced labor of normal full-term pregnancy

目的探讨欣普贝生(地诺前列酮栓)在临床足月妊娠产妇引产中的应用价值。方法选取2017年4-10月于天津市中心妇产科医院产科就诊的正常足月妊娠引产孕妇120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组使用欣普贝生引产,对照组使用缩宫素引产。比较两组产妇用药总有效率、Bishop评分、临产时间、产后出血量、剖宫产率、羊水粪染率及新生儿Apgar评分。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组;观察组临产时间、产后出血量、剖宫产率均低于对照组,Bishop评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者羊水粪染率、新生儿Apgar评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论正常足月妊娠引产中使用欣普贝生可明显提高引产率,促进宫颈成熟,降低剖宫产率,减少产后出血量。

Objective To evaluate the application value of dinoprostone suppositories in induced labor of full-term pregnancy. Methods One hundred and twenty induced labor of normal full-term pregnant women admitted to Tianjin Central Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology from April to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The observation group was induced by dinoprostone suppositories, while the control group was induced by oxytocin. The total effective rate, Bisshop score, labor time, postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section rate, amniotic fluid fecal staining rate and neonatal Apgar score were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the labor time, the postpartum hemorrhage and the cesarean section rate in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the Bishop score higher that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). There were no significant differences in amniotic fluid fecal staining rate and neonatal Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The use of dinoprostone in induced labor of normal full-term pregnancy could significantly increase the rate of induced labor, promote cervical maturation,reduce the rate of cesarean section, and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.
