秘书学专业属于应用型专业,培养的是应用型人才。在当前国家重视本科专业教学质量标准建设,注重应用型人才培养的背景下,秘书学专业应参照国家专业教学质量标准,根据专业特点,以应用型本科人才培养为目标,以产学合作为培养途径,以学科为基础、应用为导向构建课程体系,以行动为导向选择教学方法,以能力为取向实施教学评价,重构专业人才培养模式。

The major of secretarial science belongs to the applied specialty and training applied talents.At present,our country attaches great importance to the construction of teaching quality standards for undergraduate majors,focusing on the training of applied talents.Secretariat major should refer to national professional teaching quality standards,according to the specialty characteristics,aiming at the training of applied undergraduate talents,taking industry-university cooperation as the way of training,constructing curriculum system based on discipline and oriented by application,action-oriented applied teaching methods,ability-oriented teaching evaluation is implemented,reconstructing professional talents training model.
