同期双侧全髋关节置换手术安全性分析

Operation safety analysis of one-stage bilateral total hip replacement

目的:探讨同期双侧全髋关节置换的注意事项及手术适应证.方法:自2014年1月-2015年12月经过术前筛查,对符合标准的25例50髋同期行全髋关节置换手术.结果:术后未出现严重的并发症,经12-36个月随访,平均(22.2±10.5)个月,末次随访时Harris评分由术前的(31.8±5.3)分增加到术后的(88.5±4.5)分,疗效满意.结论:同期双侧全髋关节置换是安全有效的手术方案,能降低住院费用,减少住院天数.但需严格掌握手术适应证,才能最大限度地避免手术并发症的发生.

Objective:To explore the surgery indications and precautions of simultaneous bilateral total hip replacement.Methods:Between January 2014 and December 2017,meet the standards of the 25 cases,50 hips in the same period with total hip replacement surgery after preoperative screening.Results:Postoperative no serious complications,After 12 to 36(average 22.2±10.5)months of follow-up,Harris score increased from 31.8±5.3 points preoperatively to 88.5±4.5 postoperative at last follow-up,the results were satisfactory.Conclusion:The surgery program of simultaneous bilateral total hip replacement was safe and effective,and could reduce hospitalization costs,reduce the number of days in hospital.But need to strict control the surgical indications,to the maximum to avoid the occurrence of surgical complications.
