玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of ankle joint traumatic arthritis

目的:分析玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎的临床疗效.方法:选取我院收治的94例踝关节创伤性关节炎患者作为研究对象,病例数选取时间为2017年2月-2018年7月,采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,向病变关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,每周治疗1次,每次2ml,连续治疗5周后,对比患者治疗前后的症状改善情况.结果:患者治疗后疼痛评分为(2.1±0.2)分,肿胀评分为(1.8±0.3)分,活动度评分为(2.2±0.7)分,各项数据均优于治疗前,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后无痛步行距离<200m的患者占比5.26%(5例),无痛步行距离>500m的患者占比93.68%(89例);治疗前,无痛步行距离<200m的患者占比76.60%(72例),无痛步行距离>500m的患者占比23.40%(22例),治疗后各项数据均优于治疗前,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎临床疗效明显,可有效改善疼痛、肿胀等症状,减少关节活动障碍,并帮助恢复患者关节功能,建议在临床中进行推广.

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of ankle joint traumatic arthritis.Methods:A total of 94 patients with ankle joint traumatic arthritis admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects.The number of cases was selected from February 2017 to July 2018.The intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate was used to treat the diseased joint cavity.Sodium hyaluronate was injected once a week for 2 ml each time,and after 5 weeks of continuous treatment,the symptoms of the patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:The postoperative pain score was(2.1±0.2),the swelling score was(1.8±0.3),and the activity score was(2.2±0.7).All data were better than before treatment,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05);patients with painless walking distance<200m accounted for 5.26%(5 cases)after treatment,and patients with painless walking distance>500m accounted for 93.68%(89 cases);before treatment,painless walking distance<The proportion of patients with 200m was 76.60%(72 cases),and the proportion of patients with painless walking distance>500m was 23.40%(22 cases).The data after treatment were better than those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for the treatment of ankle joint traumatic arthritis had obvious clinical effects,could effectively improve symptoms such as pain and swelling,reduce joint movement disorders,and help restore joint function of patients.It was recommended to promote it in clinical practice.
