摘要
目的:探究腰间盘突出症患者的治疗中应用康复训练和针灸方式对其治疗效果和生活质量的影响.方法:以2018年4月-2018年12月于本院治疗的腰间盘突出症患者60例为研究对象,随机均分为2组,观察组、对照组各有30例,对照组仅应用康复训练治疗,观察组则联合应用针灸治疗.结果:治疗前2组患者各项评分无显著差异,治疗后观察组ODI、VAS评分显著低于对照组且JOA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗有效率分别为93.33%、73.33%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的生理功能、社会功能以及情感功能等生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:康复训练联合针灸的治疗方式可以显著改善腰间盘突出症患者的临床症状,有助于缓解疼痛和生命质量的提高,临床效果较好.
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation training and acupuncture on the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from April 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training only,while the study group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.Results:Before treatment,the scores of ODI and VAS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the JOA scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rates of the two groups were 93.33%and 73.33%,respectively.The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05)After treatment,the physiological functions and social functions of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group.The scores of social function and emotional function in QOL group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation,help to alleviate pain and improve the quality of life,and the clinical effect was better.
