早期康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体功能障碍康复的效果

目的:探究早期康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体功能障碍康复的效果.方法:选择2017年1月-2018年12月我院收治的120例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施早期康复护理,对比2组患者护理后肢体功能恢复情况与生活质量评分.结果:观察组肢体能力明显优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活自理能力明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对脑梗死患者进行早期康复护理能够有效提升患者肢体功能康复,提升患者生活质量.

Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation of limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing.The recovery of limb function and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The limb ability of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the self-care ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction could effectively improve the rehabilitation of limb function and the quality of life of patients.
