影像组学在乳腺癌中应用研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 乳腺癌的早期诊断、治疗评价及复发预测是目前临床亟待解决的问题。影像组学能从临床图像中提取可定量分析的高维数据,有望以无创的方式指导临床诊疗。本文就影像组学在乳腺癌的诊断、分子分型、疗效评价和预后预测等方面的研究进展作一综述。 Early diagnosis,response evaluation and recurrence prediction of breast cancer are important clinical problems to be solved.Radiomics can retrieve high-dimensional data from clinical images to perform quantitative analysis and guiding clinical practice in a non-invasive way.This paper reviews the research progress of radiomics in the diagnosis,molecular subtype,curative effect evaluation and prognosis prediction of breast cancer.
