摘要
端粒重复序列结合因子(telomeric-repeat binding factor,TRF)1作为shelterin复合体中重要组分之一,通过与复合体中的其他组分如TRF2、端粒保护蛋白1、互作核蛋白2、阻滞活化蛋白1及三肽激酶1的相互作用维持染色体端粒结构完整与功能稳定。TRF1在胃癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌和肺癌等多种肿瘤中参与端粒长度和细胞有丝分裂的调节,影响染色体稳定性和细胞增殖。本文就TRF1在肿瘤发生、发展中作用的研究进展作一综述。
Telomeric-repeat binding factor(TRF)1is one of the essential components in the shelterin complex,which can maintain telomere structure integrity and functional stability by binding to other components in the complex,such as TRF2,telomere protection of telomeres 1,TRF1-interacting nuclear protein 2,repressor activator protein 1and tripeptide kinase 1.TRF1affects the chromosome stability and cell proliferation by regulating telomere length and cell mitosis in various tumors as gastric cancer,breast cancer,colon cancer and lung cancer.This paper reviews the research progress of the role of TRF1in the development of tumors.
