摘要
围绕永夏矿区矿井主、副井筒在利用现有提升系统、作业空间狭小和生产不停的情况下,针对井筒发生破裂灾害的原理和现状进行慎重研究与论证,利用箕斗或罐笼快速搭设施工平台,采用"双闸阀三通型防涌堵可卸压"孔口管+上部观察孔兼卸压孔技术及二级钻孔结构+双液浆快速固管技术,迅速封堵涌水溃砂,然后对整个流砂层段井壁按壁间注浆施工方法成排布置钻孔进行注浆加固。并针对井壁破坏情况,采用"植筋+架设井圈、背设钢板+CGM-1加固型C60高强无收缩灌浆料灌浆充填"的快速修复技术,安全、快速地进行井壁修复施工。
Around the main and auxiliary shaft of Yongxia mine in the use of the existing lifting system,small operating space and non-stop production,the principle and status quo of shaft rupture disaster were carefully studied and demonstrated,using skip or cage quick construction platform,using the"double gate valve three-way anti-surge plugging and pressure relief"orifice pipe+superior observation hole and pressure relief hole technology and secondary drilling structure+double slurry rapid pipe consolidation technology,quickly plugging water gushing and sand bursting,and then the whole quicksand section of the shaft lining according to the inter-wall grouting construction method row by row arrangement of boreholes for grouting reinforcement.In view of the damage situation of shaft lining,the quick repair technology of"planting steel bar+erecting shaft ring,back-mounted steel plate+CGM-1 reinforced C60 high strength non-shrinkage grouting material filling"is adopted to carry out the repair construction of shaft lining safely and quickly.
