煤尘湿式除尘器捕集液的改性研究

Study on Surfactant Modification of Trap Liquid for Coal Dust Collector

为了提高湿式除尘器对疏水性煤尘颗粒的捕集效果,采用表面活性剂对煤尘湿式除尘器捕集液进行了改性研究,以润湿性为评价指标进行了捕集液的改性试验。结果表明:各类表面改性剂对煤尘润湿性影响的强弱顺序:非离子型>阳离子型>阴离子型>两性离子型;与用普通水相比,采用AOE-15与W106按比例复配后配制成的改性捕集液对煤尘的捕集效率显著提高。

To improve the collecting efficiency of hydrophobic coal dust,the tests of modifying the trap water with surfactants were carried out.It was shown that the order of wettability to coal dust is:Nonionic>cationic>anionic>amphoteric ion.The nonionic surface modifier AOE-15 and silicon-free agent W106 were chosen to prepare the trap liquid after mixture with a certain ratio.The coal dust removal efficiency of the collector was improved greatly by using the modified trap liquid.
