On the basis of summing up the upper corner gas limit of the 22101 coal mining surface of Xiaohekou coal mine in Zhijin county,analyzes the reasons and common management methods of the gas limit,and discusses the low negative pressure drainage and extraction method of the gas extraction lane in the coal seam.The problem of the gas limit of the upper corner of the 22101 coal mining surface was solved.
