摘要 分析了现有煤矿用全液压坑道钻机胶筒式液压卡盘的结构特点,存在卡瓦组需要克服弹簧阻力装入卡盘胶筒中,装配人工劳动强度大,效率低。因此设计出一种简易工装,先将卡瓦组压缩到传扭盘安装尺寸,卡瓦组上下两端安装传扭盘,再将卡瓦组装入胶筒。现场实际应用后,劳动强度降低,效率提高。 Based on the analysis of existing coal mine fully hydraulic tunnel drilling rig rubber-sleeve type hydraulic chuck structure,there is a slip group which needs to overcome the spring resistance to load into the rubber drum of the chuck.Therefore,a simple tooling is designed.Firstly,the slip group is compressed to the installation size of the transmission disk,and the upper and lower ends of the slip group are installed with the transmission disk,then the slip is assembled into the rubber cartridge.After the actual application,the labor intensity is reduced and the efficiency is improved.
